I like both the kind of shooting you do with a camera and the kind you do with a firearm. I’ve often used firearms as a prop before, but this we definitely the most interesting. I bought an AR-15 on November 29th. I was scheduled to shoot with Valerie at a Fine Art Meetup group shoot at my studio that Sunday. Couldn’t pass up this chance.
Here are a few of Valerie with my AR.
I should note these were taken under continuous light as part of the Meetup and not my normal flashes. This meant that I was shooting ISO 400, F 2.8. When you do that focus is a very interesting thing. And motion isn’t totally eliminated.

What is the update on Valerie Whitakers modeling career is she still planning to retire?
I don’t know her that well Carl. She does talk about it on her OMP profile though.
