Jude good work. To me they look a little dark, but that could just be my monitor.
Lighting is good, though in some I would have gone even softer.
Love the expression and composition of #1, same for #2. #3 I like the lighting, using a backlight like that is a good artistic move.
#4 is my least favorite. Its where I would have preferred a softer light because there is too much texture in the skin of her face. Also don't like the arm position and what it does to her breasts.
Really like the pose, expression and composition of #6.
#7 is the least flattering image. I don't think the color works on her and she's turned to the camera wrong.

On #4 you suggest the light should be softer. My understanding of hard light vs. soft light is how fast the transition is between the light side of the shadow to the dark side of the shadow. A hard line between the two for instance indicate hard light while a wide area of transition indicates a soft light.
Could the increased skin texture be more due to the direction of the light instead of how hard it is?
