This images was shot after we did my signature oiled body images which will be on display later in the week, but before we go her wet. That is why her skin has an interesting finish.
In this image Britt looks a lot like that hard ass trainer from the Biggest Loser.
When I saw Britt’s portfolio I wanted to do something that showed of her hard body.
We’re moving up today.
Here is another image of Model Britt in the studio’s pink dress. One thing to always remember as a photographer, when you pick one color in an image, you have to think about the other colors in the image. For instance once she was in the pink, any gelling of the background had to be in a complementary color. So I picked blue.

This was interesting because there was a window to the right of the shooting area and it cast light onto the background. The image is lit by a strobe, (see Roxy Vandiver Model for the set up), but the patter still shows up.

In Texas we have a saying that some women are “like a tall drink of water”. That’s more West Texas – which is very dry – than East Texas.
Ellen is 5 foot 10 inches and in these heels taller than I am.
The warm color from these images comes from an amber the gel on the main light. The blue in the background comes from a gel on the back ground light.
